Test Number Two:  Exercise Test. While walking or running on a treadmill, or cycling on a stationary bicycle, we attach your mask and attach it to the analyzer and computer.  As you exercise, we are able to watch how your body utilizes fuels, fats and carbs.  We measure your oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production and bring you to your anaerobic threshold.  We must reach this point between 8 and 12 minutes, so it does not take long.

We now have all the information necessary to design an efficient and powerful program to quickly reach your goals.  Our goal is to bring your ability to burn fat closer to your ability to burn calories.  There is no better way to lose weight, increase your fitness level or achieve your highest level or performance than with this information. 

Test Number One: Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).  You sit comfortably in a chair for 15-20 minutes while breathing into a mask.  Your mask is attached to an analyzer which is then connected to a computer.  We record your normal, natural breathing patterns and measure your oxygen consumption.

Your RMR tells us exactly how many calories your body needs to maintain it's current weight.  This number represents the largest percentage of calories that your body requires.  Knowing this, we can easily determine how many calories to reduce from your daily intake in order to achieve your weight loss goal.
